Individual Visits
Initial Comprehensive Visit
This visit includes a comprehensive assessment of all body systems and health related lifestyle habits, such as sleep, exercise, and diet. The visit is individualized to meet each patient's unique needs or goals improving general health, finding the root cause of symptoms, managing chronic conditions, or some combination of these. The wellness visit may include body composition and fitness assessment.

This visit includes a review of all pre visit assessment forms, a thorough medical physical exam, and mind body assessment. Based on the patient's goals, it may also include a nutritional evaluation, sleep assessment, and a complete fitness evaluation (body composition measurements and exercise assessments). Your personalized plan of care may include imaging or lab testing, supplement recommendations, prescriptions if needed, and or a nutrition and exercise plan. Together we will create a treatment plan to meet your personal health goals.

90 Minute Visit $475
Women's Health Visit
This visit includes the standard women’s health exam and testing - PAP and clinical breast exam. it also includes an in-depth assessment and detailed guidance regarding nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle modification for optimal hormone balance and breast cancer prevention.

Hormone balance plays a key role in a woman’s overall health. At this visit, we a can also discuss options for high-quality cycle mapping and/or hormone testing, including the Dutch test for hormone levels.

Established Patients- 30 Minute Visit: $150*

Follow Up Visit
These visit are for established patients. You are free to choose the length of time for your visit, depending on your needs. Keep in mind, the shorter 30-minute visit time only allows time for us to deal with one problem or possibly two very well controlled chronic conditions.
